Introducing John Penziner
My name is John Penziner and I am a graduate of Animal Behavior College where I earned my certification as an ABC Certified Dog Trainer.  Animal Behavior College (ABC) is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education and is an internationally recognized school.  My year long commitment to this program has provided me with a formal education in canine obedience training and understanding behavior and its motives. My certification, education and experience provide me the skills required to effectively and humanely train your dog while keeping alive the spark that makes your dog so special to you.
Owner of Balanced Pooches, I Love ALL Pooches! I am Certified, Licensed and Insured to train your pooch. I have introduced my own vision of how pooches need to be fulfilled in order to be balanced. Balanced Pooches Training for Life* Program for both Puppies and Adult pooches, are NOT your typical training programs. These are Lifelong Positive Reinforcement of Good Behavior programs designed to teach you how to communicate with your pooch. I will build trust and a bond with you and your pooch during the program. Why?
Because too many dogs are taken to the pound or shelters and people believe they will find the dog another home just for an unwanted behavior, that I can help with. I will do everything I can to help ANY dog from having to be destroyed. (See What You Can Do, at the bottom of this page). Together, we will quickly and positively train your pooch so you can go anywhere with the confidence that your pooch will behave around other people and other pooches. That's the goal with all of my students. I use Clicker/ Reward based programs, no inhumane techniques are used to train. If you have any questions or would like a consultation, contact me directly at:(401) 300-6298 or email me at:
To Help Stop the Practice of Killing Dogs in Pounds/ Shelters PLEASE:
1)Join the campaign against puppy mills. Puppies bought at pet
stores are often unhealthy and the first to be dumped at doggy
concentration camps to be killed there.

2)Support Spay and Neuter efforts for homess/feral dogs.

3)Adopt or Rescue your next dog and every dog you bring home.

4)Demand that dog pounds completely implement the protocol of the
No Kill Equation at :

5)Write letters to your state legislators. Persistently ask them to
sponsor and support passage of The Companion Animal Protection Act
Thank you from the bottom of my Heart, and from our loving pooches,
